6. Claiming a Listing

If you represent a plant hire company listed on our Site, you may claim your listing to update your company information, add pricing, and manage your profile. By claiming a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of that company and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to verify claims and to remove or amend listings that contain inaccurate or inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layout, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify any content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use of the content requires our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
